As Investment Director at the MDC2 team, Michał Stępień is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy covering both development and investment activities.
Michał gained his 20+ years of experience in the real estate industry at Savills, where he co-established teams specializing in valuation, research, and investment advisory. In recent years, he has focused on the industrial and logistics sector, advising on market strategy, asset positioning, and investment decision-making.
Throughout his last five years at Savills, Michał maintained a close relationship with MDC2, advising the company on capital raising and investment matters.
Michał graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Łódź and completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Valuation. Additionally, he has completed CCIM courses in financial analysis, market analysis, and investment analysis, enhancing his international expertise in commercial real estate investment.
