Major brands choose Jet Industrial Park Gdańsk as DACHSER and GFL join as new tenants.

The owner of Jet Industrial Park Gdańsk, Jet Investment, has signed two lease agreements covering a total area of nearly 10,000 sqm.
In building B of the warehouse park, space has been leased by leaders in the logistics industry – DACHSER (5,800 sqm) and GFL (3,600 sqm).
Securing two tenants as early as the start of construction confirms the immense potential and investment attractiveness of the Pomerania region.
Right from the start of its development, the Jet Industrial Park in Gdańsk attracted key players in the logistics sector. Logistics operators – DACHSER and GFL – have leased a total of almost 10,000 sqm. of space.
“Our branch in Gdańsk has been operating for over 16 years and has significantly expanded the scale of its operations during that time. The tonnage of consignments we handle has increased ninefold, which is why we needed a new facility capable of meeting both our current and future operational needs. This applies both to the handling of export general cargo and to the development of contract logistics. We serve customers from the Pomeranian and Warmian-Masurian provinces, whilst also playing an important role in DACHSER’s international transport network. Jet Industrial Park Gdańsk will provide us with the space for further growth, and its location near key transport routes, along with its high technical and environmental standards, meet our requirements” – emphasises Kamil Tarnacki, manager of the DACHSER branch in Gdańsk.
“Expanding our operations in the Pomerania region requires a partner that offers not only modern space, but, above all, a strategic location with excellent access to key transport arteries and the port. Choosing space at the newly developed Jet Industrial Park Gdańsk is an investment in our operational efficiency and a response to the growing needs of our clients. We believe that this investment will enable us to deliver transport and logistics services even more effectively and support the supply chains of our partners” – Paweł Lorek, Dyrektor Operacyjny, GFL.
The development comprises the construction of two buildings: building A and the smaller, more intimate building B. It is in this building that the new tenants will base their strategic operations. DACHSER – a global logistics operator – will occupy 5,800 sqm. of space, including 5,000 sqm. of warehouse space and 800 sqm. of office space. GFL – a leading provider of transport and logistics services for the food industry – has secured 3,600 sqm., of which nearly 3,100 sqm. is warehouse space and nearly 500 sqm. is office space.
„The fact that brands with such strong reputations as DACHSER and GFL have chosen Jet Industrial Park Gdańsk is a testament to the superior quality of the space being developed and the trust placed in our experience. We are pleased to be able to support their continued growth in Poland” – Jan Kos, Director of Real Estate Investments, Jet Investment.
The development is situated on a 15.2-hectare plot and offers 67,000 sqm. of modern space. The complex provides the option to lease flexible units starting from 2,500 sqm. As part of the project, the developer will also reconstruct a public road, which will benefit local residents as well.
The excellent location of Jet Industrial Park Gdańsk in Będzieszyn (Pruszcz Gdański municipality) ensures superb transport connections. The park is situated just 15 km from the center of Gdańsk, while its proximity to the Rusocin interchange (A1/S6) provides easy access to the European E75 corridor, which links Scandinavia with Southern Europe. Another major advantage of this development is its closeness to the Port of Gdańsk, which facilitates the growth of operations reliant on maritime transport.
Jet Industrial Park Gdańsk will be certified under the BREEAM New Construction standard at the ‘Excellent’ level. The development incorporates solutions to support environmental efficiency, including a photovoltaic system and electric vehicle charging stations.
The commercialization of the investment is handled by the consulting firm, Sharow Asset Management Ltd., while MDC2 serves as the construction manager.
