2024 Corporate Carbon Footprint Report is out

We are proud to present our 2024 Corporate Carbon Footprint Report, which serves as a testament to our ongoing commitment to ESG principles. This report reflects not only our progress but also the valuable lessons we have learned as we continue our operations, placing ESG at the core of everything we do.

Here are a few examples of our initiatives described in the Report:

1. During construction, our MDC² Park Łódź South project significantly reduced carbon emissions to just 163 kg CO₂/m² — approximately 50% below Polish and global averages.
2. MDC² Park Gliwice achieved a BREEAM New Construction Outstanding certification, highlighting our focus on sustainable logistics infrastructure. MDC² Park Kraków also obtained a BREEAM New Construction Excellent certification.
3. Sustainability extends beyond buildings. Last year, our team carried out 14 different charity initiatives, collaborating with organizations such as Fundacja Las Na Zawsze, Fundacja Truckers Life, and others.
