In partnership with Generali Real Estate, MDC² is developing a warehouse project in Skawina near Kraków – MDC² Park Kraków South. Four lease agreements have been signed for a total leasable area of approximately 16,000 sqm in MDC2 Park Kraków South: with Emerald, a distributor of JHK-branded clothing (4150 sqm); the French company Iris Galerie, which pursues the unique concept of using the iris of the eye to create artworks (4,100 sqm); AiK Tezeusz, the largest entity in Poland on the book re-commerce market (3,500 sqm); and Libris, a company that manages the paper and electronic records of companies (4,100 sqm).

MDC² announces the commencement of the development of an industrial and logistics park - MDC² Park Gdańsk East in Koszwały near Gdańsk. MDC² Park Gdańsk East will offer 84,000 sq m within a single building. The project is located on the S7 expressway, directly at the Żuławy Zachód junction. MDC² is a developer of warehouse and industrial buildings certified under the BREEAM New Construction scheme to at least the Excellent level.

MDC² Park Gliwice has achieved one of the highest scores in Poland, receiving the prestigious BREEAM Outstanding New Construction certification. With a score of 92.6%, it proudly sits amongst the top ten certified industrial buildings in Europe. MDC² Park Gliwice is located at the junction of the A4 and A1 motorways in Gliwice in Upper Silesia. The project is owned by a fund managed by Invesco Real Estate, a global leader in commercial real estate investment and asset management. The developer is MDC2.
