MDC2, together with investor Generali Real Estate, has completed a warehouse park in Skawina, 13 kilometers from the center of Krakow and less than 2 kilometers from the A4 highway junction - MDC2 Park Krakow South. Two new leases have been signed in the second building of the complex for a total area of over 8,200 m2. The tenants were joined by the following companies: Cyprys, a furniture manufacturer, and Chefs Culinar, offering comprehensive solutions for the HoReCa industry. The building where the new tenants will move in has been awarded a BREEAM New Construction certificate at the Excellent level.
