Martin is a senior real assets professional with over 20 years of global investment experience. He is currently a Senior Adviser at CPP Investments where he was formerly Head of Real Assets Strategy, Head of Private Real Estate Debt and Managing Director, Real Estate Investments. He has extensive international experienceof investing into real estate development transactions and operating assets via Joint Venture, Fund and Separate Account structures. He holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
