Rafał Bańkowski works as a Financial Analyst supporting the Finance Department and the Finance Director of MDC2. Rafał’s responsibilities include developing financial models, monthly reporting, and general support for the finance department.
Rafał has over 18 years of experience in financial analytics, automation, and data processing. He specializes in handling large data sets, reporting automation, data visualization, and process optimization and automation. He has extensive knowledge of business and financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
He previously worked for real estate companies, including EPP and Metro Properties, as well as Empik. Outside of work, Rafał is a fan of volleyball, water sports, carpentry, programming, and traveling.
