Rob has recently founded Amarla Real Estate focused on the UK industrial and logistics sectors. Prior to this he spent 15 years at CBRE Investment management as Head of UK Logistics asset management and Customer relationship lead for logistics EMEA working with established logistics occupiers across UK and Europe. As an active member of the CBREIM UK and European Logistics Platform, he was directly involved in transactions of over €5Bn as well as leading the UK logistics asset management team in with a particular focus on ESG delivering a number of award-winning sustainable projects.
He initially began his career as a QS with RLB in Singapore before moving into general practice with DTZ and JLL in the Industrial teams and then Helios Properties/Helioslough as a Logistics Developer before joining CBRE Global Investors in 2008.
He has a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying, Post Grad Diploma Property Valuation and management (distinction) and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
