MDC² Park Gliwice is a state of the art distribution and logistics park located at the junction of the two most important motorways in Poland, A1 and A4. MDC2 Park Gliwice is predicted to be the most ecological and highest rated (BREEAM New Construction Outstanding) warehouse development in Poland
All MDC2 properties are modern, comfortable and ecological facilities. They are characterized by low emissions of carbon dioxide, exhaust gases and other pollutants entering the environment, which is confirmed by certificates issued by independent entities.
The project is fully financed by Invesco, a global investment firm managing $1.3 trillion of assets around the world.
All MDC2 properties, including MDC2 Park Gliwice, are designed in accordance with the idea of sustainable development, i.e. minimal interference in the natural environment. The investment is being developed on the basis of the principle of sustainable development and will be certified BREEAM New Construction – Excellent and we strive to make it stand out with:
