MDC² Park Gliwice is a state of the art distribution and logistics park located at the junction of the two most important motorways in Poland, A1 and A4. MDC² Park Gliwice has achieved one of the highest scores in Poland, receiving the prestigious BREEAM Outstanding New Construction certification. With a score of 92.6%, it proudly sits amongst the top ten certified industrial buildings in Europe.

The development comprises three buildings with a total area close to 59,000 m² on a 13.4-hectare site. The project was commissioned in Q4 2023. Companies such as: Rohlig SUUS – one of the fastest growing, market-leading logistics operators in Poland and AFL – a global market leader in information technology, have leased space in the development.

All MDC² properties are modern, comfortable and ecological facilities. They are characterized by low emissions of carbon dioxide, exhaust gases and other pollutants entering the environment, which is confirmed by certificates issued by independent entities.

The project is fully financed by Invesco, a global investment firm managing $1.3 trillion of assets around the world.

All MDC² properties, including MDC² Park Gliwice, are designed in accordance with the idea of sustainable development, i.e. minimal interference in the natural environment.
