The Silesian Voivodship is the largest urbanized area in Central and Eastern Europe. According to statistics, every third large Polish city is in its area*. Thanks to significant labor resources, developed economic infrastructure, high level of economic development and very good transport accessibility, the Silesian Voivodeship has been the most attractive region of Poland for investors for several years.
MDC2 Park Gliwice comprises 3 warehouse buildings with a total area of 57,000 sqm, where Rohlig Suus and an international IT technology company are already tenants.
The buildings at MDC2 Park Gliwice incorporate many cutting-edge solutions, putting the facility on track to achieve the highest possible rating – Outstanding – in the BREEAM New Construction certification. This, in turn, attracts tenants for whom innovation and energy efficiency are paramount.
MDC2 places particular emphasis on implementing its ESG strategy, whereby all facilities are built for the benefit of the environment, the community, tenants and investors. It considers environmental, social and corporate governance as the basis for all its activities. The company raises public awareness of practices that balance the impact of investments on the environment.
“Understanding customers’ expectations and providing solutions that meet them is crucial to the operation of a warehouse park. A modern warehouse not only creates friendly workplaces, but is also part of an investment that should best fit into a company’s operational strategy. By taking advantage of the excellent opportunities offered by MDC2 Park Gliwice, tenants can successfully develop their business around the world. This is facilitated by the location of the logistics park – ideal for international distribution. Access to extensive labour resources and developed regional economic infrastructure is also very important. Tenants also value the opportunity to use modern solutions that are friendly to employees and the environment” says Katarzyna Dudzik, Development Director, MDC2
MDC2 Park Gliwice was delivered in autumn 2023.
