MDC2 Park Łódź South consists of two distribution and logistics buildings with a planned total GLA of over 80,000 m2. The project is located in Głuchów – 19 km south of the Łódź with direct access to the Tuszyn junction on the A1 motorway. The A1 motorway is the main communication route running from north to south in Poland. There A2 motorway and S8 expressway are in close vicinity as well. Furthermore, the expansion of the S14, will also connect with the A2 motorway and the S8 expressway enhancing the excellent road connections, enabling country-wide distribution.
Another key advantage of the location near Łódź is access to qualified staff, which, according to Randstad ‘s research, includes over 43,000 employees living in the eastern district of Łódź, just 15 minutes from MDC2 Park Łódź South. The area within a radius of up to 60 minutes has almost 896,000 residents who further strengthen the staff potential of this location. Dedicated transport options are available for potential employees.
MDC2 is the developer of the project. The investment is being developed in cooperation with Fortress Real Estate Investments Limited (Fortress), a Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) that owns, manages, and develops commercial real estate. Fortress is the owner and financing partner of the investment.
The building leased by Notino will be tailored to individual needs to enable the storage and distribution of a wide range of tenant’s products.
Notino is the largest perfume and cosmetics online store in Europe. It offers a selection of 100,000 products from 2,500 global and local brands. Last year alone, the company sold 100 million products. Notino plans to distribute cosmetics, perfumes, and over-the-counter drugs from this location.

In MDC2 Park Łódź South , the buildings are designed for the installation of photovoltaic panels, and increased wall insulation will be used, and LED lighting will be installed, as well as a rainwater retention system. The developer provides chargers for electric vehicles. 95% of the building materials used in the project will be recyclable. The facility is designed with 12 meter clear heights. Environmentally diverse green areas will be created across the park. An MDC2 “Rest & Move” zone will also feature, an innovative concept on the Polish market, promoting a healthy lifestyle and improving the working conditions of all users of the developer’s warehouse facilities.
