Paula is holding the crucial role of office and compliance manager in the company. She also fulfills the role of the Board Secretary and participates in the ESG & marketing projects.

Paula has nearly 10 years of professional experience in real estate sector. She worked at JLL, where she developed her skills as an assistant in the property management department, gaining valuable insights into real estate operations. Later, at EPP, she took on roles from office coordinator to executive assistant to CEO, and eventually to a marketing and investor relations specialist.

She graduated from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Warsaw University, and the Warsaw School of Economics.
