Martin Healey is a senior real estate professional with over 20 years of global investment experience. He is currently Managing Director, Real Assets at CPP Investments, a member of the firm’s Global Leadership Team and sits on the investment committees for the Real Estate and Sustainable Energies groups.

Martin has extensive international experience of investing into real estate development transactions and operating assets via Joint Venture, Fund and Separate Account structures. He holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
